UAB „Kvarkas“ is leading a project „UAB „Kvarkas“ client self-service resolution implementation“, project Nr. 13.1.1-LVPA-K-860-01-1454. The project is financed by the European Regional Development Fund and is carried out in accordance with the 2014-2020 European Union Funds Investment Action Program of Lithuania, priority 13 “Promotion of actions to overcome the crisis caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and preparation for environmentally friendly, digital and sustainable economic recovery” measure no. 13.1.1-LVPA-K-860 “E. business model for COVID-19”, as the European Union’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Project budget – 34440 Eur, from which 25830 Eur is financed by means.
The goal of the project is to stimulate the growth of the company’s turnover by applying innovative e-commerce solutions. A new customer self-service e-mail will be created a platform with innovative remote customer service solutions. Customers will be able to remotely connect to the company’s database at any time, visually see goods, select them, assemble, create and send orders the company will immediately receive complete information in the required format about the customer’s needs/orders, and will be able to process them easily and efficiently.
