Delivery of goods in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia is possible through the DPD courier service or to a post machine, to other foreign countries – DHL.
Goods in Lithuania and Latvia are delivered within 2-3 working days from the day of order confirmation, in Estonia – 3-4 days. To other countries of the world, goods are delivered within 5-9 days. In the case of individual orders or larger orders, the delivery time is negotiated separately, as the production period contributes. Delivery times may also vary due to unforeseen circumstances, force majeure cases.
If you choose delivery of goods via DPD courier service, the courier will contact the recipient before delivering the goods.
Parcels are delivered on weekdays from 8.00 a.m to 18.00 p.m, Saturdays – for an additional fee.
If during delivery you notice that the packaging of the product delivered by the courier is damaged, contact the courier to fill out a document for the damaged product.
